If you require any help at all please contact us. We provide customer service via a ticket system you can access when you login. 

We provide assistance via the following methods.

• Ticket.
• Google Meet online meeting.
• Telephone.
• Email.

If you loose your login details simply contact us and we’ll get you back into your website asap after we have verified your identity over the phone.

We only provide refunds for unused months paid in advance by quarterly and yearly subscriptions.

Your sign-up subscription fee includes:

• The setup & design of your website.
• Its own 10GB LiteSpeed web hosting account.
• Website updates, maintenance & security.
• Website backups.
• On-going upgrades & support.

No, your subscription is not locked-in. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, we will contact you to ensure this is what you intended to do and provide you with a date when your account will be removed and subscription cancelled.

Once you have signed up, we'll work together to create your website. We focus on the design & functionality. You will focus on adding the page content.

If you have your content prepared, it's possible to have your new school website built in as little as 2-4 weeks.

Yes, you can link to external websites using text links or button modules following our tutorials. You simply need the URL you want to link to.

Once we have completed developing your new school website and you are happy, you simply point your domain A Record to our servers. 

We correspond with your IT department to ensure this is done correctly.

No. your email accounts will remain intact. Most schools use an external provider for email accounts such as Office 365 or Google Workspace. Please note that we do not provide email accounts.

How does it work? Example:

• Your domain's MX Records are responsible for email accounts. They most likely point to Office 365 or another similar provider.
• Your domain's A Record is responsible for displaying your website. You point the A Record to us when your site is ready to be made live.

Please don't worry about updating your A Record. We correspond with your IT department directly to ensure everything is done correctly.

We have servers located in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom & United States. Each site comes with its own 10GB LiteSpeed web server. When we begin working together we will ask for your preferred server location. SSL certificates are installed on every account to ensure all content is encrypted between the server and web browser.

Yes, you can keep your existing website live while you develop your new School Site Press website on a staging platform. Your new site will replace the old one only when your IT department points your domain's A Record. toour servers.

No. School Site Press is a fully managed service. It has been designed to allow you to focus on adding content to your school website.

No. School Site Press is a fully managed school website promotion platform.

If you require additional functionality please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

School Site Press is a fully managed platform we provide on a subscription basis. Unfortunately, it is not possible to clone your site and move it away to another web hosting provider.

If you need to display a form, we recommend using Google Forms to create your form. You can then display the form code on your site using the Code Content Module.

If you decide to cancel your subscription we will take a final backup of your entire site before your subscription ends. We keep backup files for upto 3 months, should you change your mind and want to come back to School Site Press. After 3 months the file will be deleted.
